The Bulls wrapped up the first round Tuesday night getting their fourth win against the Indiana Pacers 116-89. They did it in front of 23,000 fans at the Madhouse on Madison. The Bulls will either play the Magic or the Hawks Monday night in Chicago. “They didn’t play us like an eighth seed,” Chicago guard Keith Bogans said. “It was toe to toe.”
Friday night in Cleveland the Chicago Bulls clinched the first seed to the NBA Playoffs. They beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 93-82 in front of a lot of Bulls fans in Ohio. “It’s good to be the No. 1 seed, but at the end of the day we understand that there is a bigger picture,” center Joakim Noah said. “We’re staying focused. It’s definitely an achievement and we’re excited about it.”
“They had some good looks that they normally make, but we made the effort to get out. Even if we were late, we still made the effort to get out there and get a hand up, and you have to do that with this team.” Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau.
