Rose still in third in NBA All-Star voting

The NBA released it’s third returns for All-Star balloting on Thursday, and Bulls guard Derrick Rose needs to hustle if he wants to earn a starting position in the All- Star game.

Rose is remains in third place in Eastern Conference voting for guards behind Miami Heat’s Dwayne Wade and Celtics’ Rojon Rondo.

Wade is at 1,167,649 votes and Rondo has 929,781 votes. Rose isn’t far behind Rondo with 917,753 votes. The top two who earn the most votes also earn a starting position in the Feb. 20 All-Star game in Los Angles.

It is likely that Rose will make it to his second All-Star game, the only uncertainty is if he will get enough votes to become a starter.
