Lindsay Lohan refuses to go to Jail

Lindsay Lohan is refusing to take a plea deal that would require jail time, offered to her by Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers.

Meyers is seeking six months in jail for Lohan’s probation violation, and Lohan attorney, Shawn Holley thinks she has a very strong chance to get that sentence dwindled down to about 30 to 45 days. In light of the fact the jewelry store owners, from whom Lohan purportedly stole a $2,500 necklace, have sold surveillance video of the alleged theft.

Lohan doesn’t care what her lawyer is negotiating. If there is any jail time involved, she wants no part of it. Lohan wants to go to trial because she believes that the surveillance tape will clear her name.
