City Officials Want Fans To Enjoy the 2011 Baseball Season In a Responsible Manner

City Officials will issue a reminder before the upcoming 2011 season of the Chicago Cubs and Chicago White Sox Opening Day games, to “encourage fans to enjoy the 2011 season responsibly,” according to a media alert issued by the City of Chicago.


On Monday, the Chicago Office of Emergency Management and Communications (OEMC), Jose A. Santiago OEMC Executive Director, Rich Rodriguez President of Chicago Transit Authority, Chicago Police Department, Chicago Fire Department representatives and Chicago White Sox and the Chicago Cubs representatives held a meeting to address the issues of safety and the quality of life issues during the upcoming baseball season.
